# Program Terms & Conditions

Please review the following rules and requirements for participation in the GTM Leadership Awards

**1. Eligibility**  
The GTM Leadership Awards are open to individuals working in or alongside go-to-market functions such as Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Experience Operations. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both allowed.

**2. Submission Guidelines**  
Nominations must be submitted by **September 26, 2025** via the official nomination form. Each nomination must be complete, accurate, and submitted in good faith. Incomplete, plagiarized, or misleading submissions may be disqualified.

**3. Third-Party Information Disclosure**  
If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you confirm that you have the appropriate right or permission to share their professional information—including name, title, company, email address, and other provided details. By submitting this information, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for its accuracy and consent to GTM Leadership Awards processing it solely in connection with this awards program.

**4. Judging & Selection**  
Finalists and winners will be selected by a panel of judges representing  Aptitude 8, PandaDoc, Arrows, Attribution Academy, and RevOps Co-Op. Selections are based on impact, innovation, execution, leadership, and the complexity of the nominee’s work. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

**5. Use of Submitted Content**  
By submitting a nomination, you grant GTM Leadership Awards and its partners the right to use the submitted content—including names, titles, company names, logos, and optional supporting materials—for promotional purposes. This includes use on websites, webinars, press materials, and other media related to the GTM Leadership Awards.

**6. Recognition & Prizes**  
Recognition is honorary. Winners will receive awards, promotional visibility, and inclusion in future GTM Leadership Awards communications. No cash or monetary prizes will be issued.

**7. Disqualification**  
GTM Leadership Awards reserves the right to disqualify any individual or organization for providing false information, misrepresentation, plagiarism, or any conduct deemed inconsistent with the integrity of the awards program.

**8. Data & Privacy**  
Data will be used solely for evaluating and administering the awards program. We do not sell or share personal information with unrelated third parties.

**9. Limitation of Liability**  
GTM Leadership Awards are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or indirect damages that may arise from participating in the GTM Leadership Awards.

**10. Program Changes**  
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the program, including deadlines, judging criteria, or recognition structure, at our discretion.

**11. Governing Law**  
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes or matters related to the GTM Leadership Awards will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
